# DECID:R

> A team exercise for practising structured decision-making during a simulated incident — branching tabletop scenarios for incident, business continuity and crisis teams.

DECID:R is a browser-based tabletop exercise platform. Facilitators run 60–90 minute sessions for their organisation across cyber, operational, personnel and crisis scenarios. Decisions are scored against the CLEAR Decision Loop (Context · Likelihood and impact · Edges and constraints · Alternatives · Respond and review) and produce a structured debrief pack.
