Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-05-03.v4 · Last updated 3 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user, on every plan including demo. It exists because DECID:R is a training tool, not an operational decision-making system.

1. Don't upload real PII

No real names, NHS numbers, addresses, employee IDs, customer records, classified material, or any data covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Use realistic but fictional examples.

2. Don't reverse engineer

No scraping, decompiling, automated extraction of scenarios, or training of external models on our content.

3. Don't make real decisions from exercise output

Outputs (debrief narratives, AI summaries, runbooks, scoreboards, costed scenarios) are training artefacts. They must not be used as the basis for real enforcement, regulatory, disciplinary, HR, clinical, or financial decisions about an identifiable person.

4. Don't abuse the demo

One demo seat per business email domain per 90 days. Disposable mailboxes, role aliases used to bypass throttling, and chained sign-ups will be revoked.

5. Export disclaimer

Every PDF, CSV, and runbook exported from the platform carries the line: 'Generated by DECID:R for training purposes only. Do not use as evidence, regulatory submission, or operational decision record.' Removing or obscuring that line is a breach of these terms.
