Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to DECID:R. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy reduces any non-excludable statutory right you have under the law of the country in which you contract.
1. 14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your first annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date. This is the minimum window required by UK law for a digital subscription and applies to consumer and business buyers alike.
For consumers, the same 14 days also satisfies the cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By accessing the platform inside the 14-day window you expressly request that supply begins immediately.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf. To request one:
• Visit paddle.net/buyer and sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email billing@decidr.live and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Please include your order/transaction ID where possible. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Renewals and partial refunds
Annual renewals charged outside the initial 14-day window are non-refundable as a general rule. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before the renewal date via paddle.net/buyer or by contacting us — cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, trigger a pro-rata refund of the current term.
Outside the 14-day window we will consider pro-rata refunds in good faith, on a case-by-case basis, where the service has been materially unavailable or where exceptional circumstances apply.
4. Invoiced (non-card) orders
Where payment was made by invoice rather than card, refunds are issued by bank transfer to the originating account. The same 14-day window applies from the invoice date.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue. Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) also apply. Nothing in this policy affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
