Demo Evaluation Licence

This Demo Evaluation Licence applies whenever you request a demo seat for DECID:R. It sits alongside the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. What you get
A single-user demo seat, scoped to one industry and one scenario you choose at the start.
Up to one full run of that scenario, from briefing to debrief, within a 3-day (72-hour) evaluation window.
Full on-screen access to the post-exercise debrief, decision trace and runbook preview, displayed with a DECID:R demo watermark. The PDF, Word, PowerPoint and CSV exports, facilitator console, multi-device joins, and additional scenarios are reserved for paid plans.
2. What it isn't
It is not for production training, customer-facing exercises, or commercial resale.
It is not a multi-tenant licence. Sharing your magic link, screen-sharing the run to a wider audience, or using the seat to deliver a facilitated event is not permitted.
The anonymous demo-host flow (/demo/host) lets a single facilitator project a scenario to a room without creating an account. It is subject to the same restrictions: one run per session, no real personal data in inputs, no commercial resale, and no use to deliver a paid facilitated event.
3. Data you put in
Use the demo with realistic but fictional inputs. Do not paste real personal data, live incident detail, classified material, or anything covered by an NDA.
We may review demo session activity for product improvement and abuse detection. We will not use your demo content for marketing or as a public case study without written permission.
4. Expiry and data retention
The demo seat auto-suspends 72 hours after activation, or after your single allowed run completes — whichever comes first.
Account email and basic profile are retained for 30 days after expiry, then deleted unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
5. No warranty
The demo is provided 'as is' with no service level commitment. We may change scenarios, pause access, or withdraw the demo programme at any time.
