Getting started
Account types explained
Demo, customer, partner, facilitator and admin — what each one can do.
Demo
A free 3-day evaluation account. You can run one scenario end-to-end so you can see what the platform actually does. After 3 days the account becomes read-only — your past run stays visible but you can't start new sessions.
Customer
A paying account with full access to the scenario library, history, progress trends and objectives. New customer signups start in the same 3-day demo window, then unlock once you've requested an invoice and we confirm it.
Partner
For consultancies and MSSPs who deliver exercises to their own clients. Partners get a dashboard, can invite customers, run partner-branded scenarios, and see consolidated reports. Partners also get their own 3-day demo so they can experience the product first hand.
Facilitator
A flag on a customer or partner account that unlocks the live session console. Facilitators host real-time tabletops with multiple participants joining by a short code.
Admin
Internal team only. Approves signups, manages invites, oversees billing, handles Trust Centre requests, and can "view as" any role for support purposes.
