A scenario written from scratch for your organisation, your sector, your threat model, your real third parties, your actual board. Delivered in person by two senior DECID:R facilitators, with a guest expert who has led through a real major incident sitting in the room to challenge decisions live and walk you through what actually happened on the day.

We have a separate tier for solo facilitators, in-house BC leads and trainers who run tabletops for a handful of clients a year. Five client sessions included on a fair-usage basis, per-session after that.

Common questions

Is there a per-user cost?
No. One flat annual fee covers your whole organisation for 12 months, unlimited facilitators, unlimited participants, unlimited sessions. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your organisation.
What's the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold?
Bronze is the platform — your team runs as many sessions as you want, on any of our scenarios, in your own browser. Silver is Bronze plus a seat on the DECID:R Facilitator Academy for one named person, ending with a DECID:R Facilitator Badge they can put on their CV. Gold is a bespoke scenario written for your organisation and delivered in person by two senior facilitators alongside a guest expert who has led through a real major incident. Do we need a trained facilitator to use Bronze?
No. The console, checklist, timer and prompts are built so anyone capable in your team can run a session straight out of the box. Silver exists for organisations that want one of their own people formally trained and credentialled.
What does the DECID:R Facilitator Academy actually give us?
Everything one named person needs to confidently facilitate a session, scenario walk-through, room craft, handling tough decisions, and a structured debrief technique. They walk away with a DECID:R Facilitator Badge for their CV and LinkedIn that's recognised across our customer and partner network.
Is the academy in person or remote?
Either. The academy runs as a 1:1 with one of our senior facilitators, delivered in person (UK) or remote, whichever works best for your person.
We want to train more than one facilitator. Is there a deal?
Yes. We discount academy seats for multiple people from the same company. Tell us how many people you want trained and we'll come back with a number.
What's actually bespoke about Gold?
The whole scenario. We start with a discovery call to understand your sector, regulators, crown-jewel systems, named third parties and the incident type your board most fears, then we write the scenario, injects and decision branches around that. On the day, two of our senior facilitators run the room with a guest expert who has led through a real major incident in your sector. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks.
Can we get a bespoke scenario without the in-person delivery?
Yes, bespoke scenarios can be commissioned as a Bronze add-on if you want the custom content but plan to run it yourselves. Talk to us for scoping.
Can we author our own scenarios in-house?
Yes — the Scenario Builder is an optional Bronze add-on. It lets your team write your own branching scenarios alongside the 33 we ship. It's off by default; we switch it on once it's on your invoice. Renews annually with Bronze.
We've already got Bronze. Can we book a one-off facilitated session?
Yes. One of our facilitators can deliver an existing scenario for you. Without Bronze, one-off sessions are scoped as a bespoke Silver or Gold engagement. Get in touch for pricing.
How are sessions delivered?
Browser-based. A laptop and a projector for in-room sessions, or any video call with screen-share for remote. No installs, no IT tickets.
Do you offer a partner / reseller rate?
Yes. White-label resellers (consultancies, MSSPs, training providers) get a separate commercial model, see the partners page.
Can we trial it first?
Yes. You can run our public sample exercise end-to-end without signing up to see exactly how a session feels, facilitator console, participant view, decisions, debrief, the lot.
