Verifying exports before release

The exports-QA console and the pre-publish checklist.

/admin/exports-qa runs a debrief through PDF, DOCX and CSV against the current brand, currency and scenario set. Run it after any change to export templates, brand defaults or scenario copy.

Check the logo renders crisply at the export's intrinsic DPI.
Check currency on every cost figure — including the cover page.
Check page breaks: no orphaned headings, no blank trailing page.
