Cancelling or pausing your account

Email us from the account owner address to cancel or pause. We never auto-cancel for non-payment without a heads-up.

• Pause — login still works in read-only mode. You can re-export anything, but can't start new sessions.
• Cancel — login disabled. Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
• Export everything you want to keep before the retention window closes.
