Data retention and deletion

• Active accounts — session and debrief data retained for the life of the account.
• Cancelled accounts — 30-day retention, then permanent deletion.
• Backups — rolling 35-day window; deleted records are purged from backups within that window.
• Trust Centre artefacts — request logs retained 24 months for audit.

To request earlier deletion (e.g. UK GDPR Article 17), email us from the account owner address. We'll confirm within 5 working days and complete within 30 days.
