Downloading your data
Self-service CSV export of your account data, and how retention works.
What you can download
Visit /account/data-export to download a zip of CSV files covering your profile, sessions, decisions, reports and curated runbooks. The export runs on demand — no waiting list, no ticket. You can run it as often as you like.
Retention policy
- Reports and curated runbooks are kept for 12 months by default, then auto-purged.
- You'll get a heads-up email before anything is deleted so you can export first.
- Demo account data is deleted 30 days after the demo expires unless you upgrade.

The download is yours — there's no DRM and no watermark on CSV rows. PDFs and DOCX exports still carry the training-use disclaimer at the bottom (see Acceptable Use).
