Facilitator Academy and Badge

The Facilitator Academy is a short, self-paced programme that prepares a named person to run DECID:R tabletops well. It comes included with the Silver and Gold tiers, and is available as an add-on for independent facilitators.

What's covered

• The CLEAR Decision Loop — how to coach a team through each stage.
• Reading the room — recognising freeze, fawn and groupthink in real time.
• Using the live console — pacing, reveals, force-outcome and rewind.
• Writing a good debrief from the auto-generated report.
• Handling sensitive scenarios with care.

The Badge

On completion the named user gets a verified Facilitator Badge that appears on their profile, on session invitations, and on exported reports. The badge is tied to that person — if they leave, the seat moves to whoever takes over.
