Giving feedback and reporting bugs

How to share quick feedback and how the bug-report button (with optional screenshot) works.

Sharing feedback

We ask for feedback at two points automatically: after your first 30 days on the platform, and 30 days before your subscription renews. Both arrive as a short email with a link to a rating and comment form. You can also visit /account/feedback any time to leave feedback off your own bat.

Reporting a bug

A "Report a bug" button sits at the bottom-right of every signed-in screen. Click it, tell us what happened, and optionally attach a screenshot — you can pick "just what's on screen" or "whole scrollable page". Screenshots are stored privately and only visible to the support team.

  • Reports drop into our admin inbox immediately and trigger an email to the support team.
  • You'll see a confirmation toast when it's been sent.
  • If you'd rather not attach a screenshot, untick the box before sending.
We never use feedback or bug reports to identify individual employees inside your organisation — they go to the product team to fix things and improve scenarios. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
