Hosting a live session

Live sessions need the facilitator flag on your account. If you don't have it yet, ask your admin or partner to enable it (it's a paid add-on for partners).

Before you start

• From the scenario page, download the facilitator guide and run-of-show script as PDF or Word — they walk you through every beat of the session.
• If you'd rather drive it from the screen, open the Facilitator console instead.

Starting a session

• Open the Facilitator console from the main menu.
• Pick an industry, scenario and a friendly session title.
• Share the short join code with participants — they go to /join and type it in.
• Once everyone's in, advance the story from the console.

During the session

• You control when each cutscene and decision is revealed.
• At each decision point, participants vote, mark their confidence, and the group locks the call together.
• Pause whenever you need — the session waits for you.

After

End the session from the console. The debrief is saved to your reports and a curated runbook is generated alongside it — both downloadable from Progress.
