Partner commission and payouts
How commission is calculated and when it's paid.
Commission is a percentage of each invoiced customer subscription attributed to your partner account. Your rate is set in your partner agreement.
- Calculated monthly on invoices paid in that calendar month.
- Statement appears in Partner → Billing on the 5th working day of the following month.
- Paid by bank transfer within 30 days of statement, against your invoice to us.
