Requesting an invoice

How customers move from demo to full access.

DECID:R is invoice-billed rather than card-billed for most customers. Submitting an invoice request tells our admin team you want to convert, and we issue the paperwork.

How to request

  • Open your dashboard — there's a persistent banner with the form.
  • Fill in your organisation details, billing contact and PO reference if you use one.
  • Submit. You'll get an automatic confirmation by email.

What happens next

  • The admin team reviews and issues the invoice within one working day.
  • Your account stays in the 3-day demo window until the invoice is approved.
  • Once approved, the read-only restriction lifts and your full account opens.
