Seats and team members
Adding people, changing roles, removing access.
Settings → Team lists everyone on your account. The account owner can invite by email, promote someone to facilitator, or remove access.
- Member — runs scenarios, sees own history.
- Facilitator — also hosts live sessions and sees team-wide progress.
- Owner — billing, brand, agreements, can transfer ownership.
Removing a member keeps their past runs in your account's history but revokes their login immediately.
