Upgrading from demo to paid

How to convert without losing your progress.

From any page on a demo account, open Settings → Account and choose "Request an invoice". We confirm it manually, then your account flips to a paying customer — same login, same history, no replay needed.

  • Your past runs, debriefs and saved links stay intact.
  • Brand settings carry over.
  • If you upgrade after the 3-day window closes, read-only mode lifts as soon as we confirm the invoice.
