For most organisations the platform is enough. If you want a fully bespoke scenario written for your business and a slide-driven session delivered in person by our facilitators, we offer two engagement tiers using the same methodology. These are bolt-ons, not replacements for DECID:R.
Silver · bespoke in person
A bespoke scenario written for your organisation, delivered as a slide-driven in-person session by two of our facilitators using the same DECID:R methodology. Executive (3h) and decision-maker (3h) sessions included.

Everything in Silver, plus a guest expert who has led through a major incident joins the room with your board to challenge decisions live and walk through what really happened. Limited availability.
Enquire →Already on Bronze? We'll deliver a single facilitated session of an existing scenario for £1,200 + VAT. Book a one-off. Without an active Bronze subscription, a one-off session is scoped and quoted as a bespoke engagement (Silver / Gold).
Common questions
- Is there a per-user cost?
- No. £3,600 + VAT covers your whole organisation for 12 months — unlimited facilitators, unlimited participants, unlimited sessions.
- Do we need a trained facilitator?
- No. The console, checklist, timer and prompts are built so anyone in your team can run a session. If you'd rather have one of our facilitators deliver a one-off existing scenario, that's £1,200 + VAT — available as an add-on to an active Bronze subscription. Without Bronze, one-off sessions are scoped as a bespoke Silver or Gold engagement.
- What's the difference between Bronze and Silver / Gold?
- Bronze is the platform — that's the product. Silver and Gold are paid bespoke engagements where we write a custom scenario for your organisation and deliver it in person. They use the same methodology as the platform.
- Can we get a bespoke scenario without the in-person delivery?
- Yes — bespoke scenarios can be commissioned as a Bronze add-on. Talk to us for scoping.
- Do you offer a partner / reseller rate?
- Yes. White-label resellers get a separate commercial model — see the partners page.
- How are sessions delivered?
- Browser-based. A laptop and a projector for in-room sessions, or any video call with screen-share for remote.
