Each decision option has a hidden impact profile across five dimensions. Your debrief shows the cumulative effect at the end.

• People — safety, wellbeing, workload on responders.
• Operations — service availability, recovery time, knock-on disruption.
• Reputation — trust with customers, partners and the public.
• Legal & regulatory — notification obligations, contractual breach, fines.
• Finance — direct cost, lost revenue, insurance exposure.

Bars are relative to the worst plausible path through the scenario, not to a fixed scale — so a half-full bar on a high-stakes scenario can be a much bigger number than a full bar on a small one. The debrief narrative gives the absolute context.
