Getting started as a customer

Set up objectives, run scenarios, and track progress over time.

When you first sign in, a quick start guide pops up to walk you through the typical flow. You can reopen it any time from the "Quick start" button at the bottom-right of the screen.

Day one

  • Open Settings → Brand to add your logo, accent colour, and pick a risk framework (optional, but everything you export comes out in your colours).
  • From the same page, set the resilience goals you want to track over time.
  • Do the short maturity assessment in Settings → Maturity so scenarios match where your organisation actually is today.
  • Pick an industry, then a scenario that matches a risk you're worried about right now.
  • Download the facilitator guide and run-of-show script from the scenario page if you'd like a paper copy.
  • Save the debrief so it appears in your reports list, then download the curated runbook from Progress.

Over time

  • Use Progress to see how your scores trend across runs.
  • Re-run a scenario after training to measure improvement.
  • Invite colleagues for facilitated sessions if you have the facilitator add-on.
  • Use the "Report a bug" button at the bottom-right whenever something feels off — an optional screenshot helps us fix it faster.
