Email not received

Where to look first and how to fix it.

  • Check spam and quarantine — first-time senders often land there.
  • Make sure your IT team allows mail from decidr.live and the parent send domain.
  • Wait a minute — queued sends process in small batches.
  • If you've previously unsubscribed or bounced, you'll be on the suppression list. Ask an admin to remove you.
