Email not received
Where to look first and how to fix it.
- Check spam and quarantine — first-time senders often land there.
- Make sure your IT team allows mail from
decidr.liveand the parent send domain. - Wait a minute — queued sends process in small batches.
- If you've previously unsubscribed or bounced, you'll be on the suppression list. Ask an admin to remove you.
