Join code not working
Codes expire when sessions end.
- Confirm the facilitator has actually started the session — codes don't activate until then.
- Codes are case-insensitive but check for typos like 0/O and 1/I.
- If the session has ended, the code stops working — ask the facilitator to start a new one.
