Currency showing as GBP unexpectedly
Why the display falls back, and how to fix it.
All authoring, billing and invoices are in GBP. The display currency dropdown converts on the fly using a daily FX feed.
- If the FX feed is unavailable, we fall back to GBP rather than show a stale rate.
- Existing exports keep the currency that was selected when they were generated — re-export to refresh.
- If your dropdown is greyed out, your account role doesn't include brand settings. Ask the owner.
