PDF export looks wrong

Blank pages, missing logo, wrong currency.

  • Blank trailing page — usually a long table that breaks awkwardly. Re-export; if it persists, send us the debrief ID.
  • Missing logo — your brand logo is missing, oversized, or not a PNG. Re-upload a transparent PNG under 1 MB.
  • Wrong currency — display currency only updates on new exports. Re-export after changing it in Settings → Brand.
  • Generic colours — accent hex empty or invalid. Set a valid hex like #3FB8FF.
